Privacy policy
This site belongs to Dr. Dorette Noorhasan. It exists to share her speaking, writing, and podcast work. This page explains what the site collects, why, and how to have it removed.
What this site collects
- What you type into a form. The speaking inquiry form collects your name, organization, email, phone (optional), and the details of your event. The newsletter and waitlist forms collect your first name, email, and — only if you choose them — the topics you are interested in.
- How you got here. If you arrive from an ad, email, or link that carries campaign tags (UTM parameters), those tags are stored with your signup so we know which content people found useful.
- Nothing medical. The forms never ask for diagnoses, treatment details, dates, or any other health information, and you should not send any. Nothing submitted here creates a physician–patient relationship or becomes part of a medical record.
Why
- To answer speaking, media, and podcast inquiries.
- To send the newsletter, and to tell you when the Miracle Baby audiobook or a new printing is available, if you asked to be told.
- To send content that matches the topics you picked, instead of emailing everyone about everything.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are stored in GoHighLevel, the customer relationship platform used to manage inquiries and send email. Her management team reads speaking and media inquiries so they can reply. Your information is not sold, rented, or traded.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed. A physical mailing address appears in the footer of every newsletter, as United States law requires.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no advertising cookies of its own. Campaign tags, when present, are held in your browser's session storage and disappear when you close the tab. Podcast episodes stream through Podtrac and Audioboom, which measure listening on the show's behalf and keep their own server logs. Video and images come from this site's host, which keeps standard server logs.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact details below.
Children
This site is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
